Features dual-mode operation\n(diagnostic/research), auto-profile selection\n(Standard/Sensitive/Matrix-Robust), RAF integration for\nartifact detection, matrix-aware baseline correction, and\nmultiple consensus rules. Methods include energy distance\n(Szekely and Rizzo (2013) ),\nCRPS (Gneiting and Raftery (2007)\n), SSMD (Zhang (2007)\n), and Jensen-Shannon\ndivergence (Lin (1991) ). This package\nimplements methodology currently under peer review; please\ncontact the author before publication using this approach.\nDevelopment followed an iterative human-machine collaboration\nwhere all algorithmic design, statistical methodologies, and\nbiological validation logic were conceptualized, tested, and\niteratively refined by Richard A. Feiss through repeated cycles\nof running experimental data, evaluating analytical outputs,\nand selecting among candidate algorithms and approaches.
